Therapist Serving Hopkinton, MA
Aurora Counseling Associates is a group psychotherapy practice at 20 N Main St in Natick, serving MetroWest since 1998. Of the towns we work with, Hopkinton sits farthest from the Natick office, with Ashland and Framingham in between. We do not have an office in Hopkinton.
Telehealth for Hopkinton clients
We are twelve licensed clinicians working with children (approximately ages 3 and up), teens, adults, couples, and families across anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, perinatal and postpartum care, couples therapy, family work, neurodivergence-affirming care, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
Telehealth is the path most Hopkinton clients take, and it is a full version of the work rather than a compromise. Our clinicians are licensed in Massachusetts and meet by secure, encrypted video, so a Hopkinton resident can match with the clinician who fits the concern instead of the nearest available one, with no drive in either direction. Coverage also extends to clients located in Vermont, Michigan, Florida, and Connecticut where the responsible clinician is licensed. See online and telehealth therapy.
In-person at our Natick office
For Hopkinton residents who do want in-person sessions, the office is at 20 N Main St in Natick. The drive is longer than it is for towns that border Natick, so this option tends to suit clients who can build a standing trip into the week. Evening hours until 9pm on weeknights and Saturday appointments help make that workable.
Who we work with
Aurora's twelve clinicians work with children (approximately ages 3 and up), teens, adults, couples, and families. The concerns we treat include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, perinatal and postpartum care, couples therapy, family work, neurodivergence-affirming care, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and the broader range of clinical concerns we hold across the practice.
For Hopkinton families balancing demanding schedules with the practical reality of living farther from the region's commercial centers, telehealth often makes consistent weekly therapy realistic in a way a regular drive would not. We will help you decide which format fits your situation.
